Each month, we cover a new coaching theme, with topics ranging from creative self-expression to emotional empowerment and intuitive clarity. Themes include "Intuitive self-care", "How to use a Pendulum", “Reclaiming Your Spark,” “Creative Flow and Blockages,” and “Aligning Your Inner Wisdom with Action.”

Is there any commitment beyond the monthly membership?

No! There’s no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime without penalty. The monthly membership is designed for flexibility, so you can stay as long as it serves you.

Will my monthly investment ever increase?

No. Your monthly investment is locked in at your initial investment whilst you remain a continuous member.

Can I cancel anytime?

Are the Monthly Calls recorded?

Yes! All monthly calls are recorded, so if you can’t attend live, you can always catch the replay at your convenience.

How can I make the most of this community?

Engage with the circles and prompts in a way that feels right for you. Show up fully, or simply receive — both are enough. Over time, as you create space for yourself, you’ll notice shifts in your clarity, creativity, and emotional spaciousness.

What if I’m not feeling particularly creative or intuitive right now?

No worries! H.E.R. is for everyone, no matter where you are in your journey. Whether you’re feeling blocked or just need space to breathe, you can show up as you are, and receive as much or as little as you need.  

Do you have a Facebook Group or other way of connecting with the community?

No, at this time, we do not use a Facebook group or any other social media platforms for the community.
While Facebook groups have been popular in the past, we’ve chosen a different path. We understand that these platforms often come with challenges, like distractions, privacy concerns, and social media fatigue. Instead, we’ve designed a space where connection is focused, intimate, and meaningful.
You won’t find an endless scroll of posts or notifications here. Instead, we encourage you to connect through live virtual circles, creative challenges, and our “Let’s Connect” Google Form, where you can engage in a more intentional, low-pressure way.
Our approach is all about quality over quantity — it’s not about keeping up with endless conversations, but about creating a sanctuary for you to show up as your true self, with clarity and presence. We believe that meaningful connections happen best when we allow space for reflection, celebration, and genuine support.
By keeping things simple and focused, we offer a community where you can truly show up as you are — without the overwhelm of managing multiple social media platforms. We want this space to support your growth, your well-being, and your unique journey, not add more to your plate.
